The Secret Garden

A rolling 42 mile ride out to Black Birches Garden Centre, Hadnall from Newport. This ride will be mostly along country lanes with a few hills along the way. The outward journey will be via Tibberton, Great Bolas, Peplow and Grinshill. We will aim to ride at about 12 - 13mph average and will be stopping at Black Birches Garden Centre for refreshments so don't forget your pennies for tea and cake. The return route will be via Astley, Great Wytheford, Waters Upton and Cherrington before arriving back in Newport. You will be guided and supported all the way by experienced Breeze Champions who will ensure that no one is dropped or left behind. This ride is suitable for hybrid and road bikes.

Due to the distance, this is a challenging ride – you should be able to ride comfortably for 20 miles before stopping for coffee.

Please remember to bring your helmet (no helmet, no ride) plus a spare innertube for your bike.
