This is a coaching session and not a led ride.

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

These sessions are aimed at ladies who are total beginners, novice cyclists and anyone wishing to gain some much needed confidence on two wheels. So first time riders are very welcome as are those who need a boost to get back on their bike.

Each 60 minute session takes place in a totally traffic free environment within Litherland Sports Park on their dedicated cycle circuit.

The series will cover aspects of basic cycling skills and bike handling. You can take part in any session, but as they are progressive, you will benefit from attending all of them.

Week 2 - Improve your stability
* balance and stability
* riding slowly
* ready position
* riding with one hand, reaching for a water bottle while moving
* riding out of the saddle (standing up)

Please bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to remove layers work best, a waterproof jacket, a drink & an inner tube that fits your bike, (just in case)
