The ride is a mid week social leaving from the shop at 18:00 (with additional meeting point at Farlington Marshes car park at 18:25) for around 35 miles of cracking road riding out in the downs. The pace will be around 15mph and the ride is "no-drop" at this speed. What sets it apart from our other rides is we will include 2 segments (normally hills) that riders can go all out on to test themselves against their own PR's, each other or Strava. We will regroup at the end of each segment before continuing as a group once more. Obviously the roads are open to other users so don't be a dick and please do not ride in front of the ride leader, except on segments.
