Heading out along Queens Walk and along Queens Drive, then under, around and over Clifton Bridge. From there we ride along the Trent beneath Clifton Grove before turning left for the only climb of the ride to the shared footway along the A453 to Clifton Green, across the estate to Farnborough Road. From there we join the excellent shared footway along the tram line to the Trent. Briefly along the river, over Wilford Suspension Bridge and then back through the Meadows along Arkwright Walk.

We'll have a drink at the cafe/bar at the former Hop and Hopkinsons shop on Station Street to finish off.
