A pleasant mostly off road route traveling the full length of the Middlewood Way From Marple to Macclesfield. There is a short stretch on road in Macclesfield to the Treacle Market. We will spend approximately 90 minutes wandering around the fabulous market and getting lunch before we head home back along the Middlewood Way. We might get lucky and be in time for the town crier competition that’s taking place at the market in April
