Part three of our ride series takes us on a 20 mile adventure that is entirely off road. We start on forest tracks, cross country parks, cruise along the canal paths and then into the St Aidens bird sanctuary for a long lap full of wildlife.

You will need off road tyres for this route, especially if it is a wet week. Mountain bikes, gravel bikes and cross bikes are recommended.
