Two Become One Spice Up Your Ride Part One

This ride starts off from The Swan in Wedmore where we head off to Uphill via Mark and Brent Knoll along quiet country roads through Lympsham and finally joining the Brean Down Way towards the Boat Yard at Uphill. The first half of the ride is very flat and quiet lanes. There is a coffee stop at Uphill café where after a stop we will be joined by another Breeze ride led by Chris Whiting. Together the two groups become one and head back to Wedmore via Bleadon, Compton Bishop taking in beautiful views of the Mendip hills and the Somerset Levels. There are a couple of hills and the steepest just past Lower Weare up Notting Hill Way. Riders are able to dismount and push if needed. We arrive back to the Swan approx 12.30 where the Uphill ride will make a refreshment stop. Riders are welcome to stay and join in or head home. There may be a couple of activities along the ride to Spice up our ride!
Riders are encouraged to decorate themselves and their bikes fit for the festive season. The name of the ride was inspired due to the recent announced Spice Girls Tour next summer. Lets show our girl power when 2 become 1….joining two Breeze rides together.
