Breeze Derby = Up the Amazon!

Starting from Alvaston Park we will make it's way to Kegworth and the Amazon Warehouse via Elvaston, Ambaston Lane, Shardlow and Sawley. We return via the wonderfully smooth bike paths to Lockington and then Hemington before retracing our steps to Elvaston where we will stop at Wyatts Tea Room for well earned refreshments.

This ride is a mixture of bike paths, country lanes and busier urban roads.

Helmets are advised - I will be wearing one. The Covid bit: This ride will adhere to current social distancing guidelines at all times - from meeting in the car park through to the refreshment stop and includes includes stopping at junctions; Please bring everything that you may need on the ride eg spares and tools, and extra clothing, sharing is not encouraged; There will be no need to wear a face mask for the actual ride but one will be required at the cafe stop or for a mechanical so it's probably best to have one handy. Please do not ride if you feel unwell, have Covid 19 symptoms or have been advised to self isolate. If you develop symptoms or test positive after the ride please let the ride leader know.
