Upton country park -kislingbury- Gayton- Milton Malsor- Upton Country park

Meet at the bike rack outside Elgar centre, Upton NN5 4EH ready to push off at 18.00.

We will head over to Kislingbury using cycle paths, some tarmac some chippings and then head towards Gayton on country road which shouldn't be to busy. When we get closer to Gayton we will swing left and downhill to Milton Malsor and stop at The Greyhound pub for a pint or soft drink.

When we are ready we can head back via western hunsbury or back via Kislingbury but we can decide on the day.

Lights would be advantageous for the ride home.
