Starting from Insole Court - we'll meet at the top gates on Fairwater Road, but please don't block the entrance. If needed, you can park opposite the entrance to Insole Court.

There's miles and miles of lovely country lanes on this ride, with plenty of ups and downs, around 2200ft of climbing overall.

Remember to bring a drink and snacks in case you need some extra energy along the way. We can stop at Llanerch Vineyard for a well-deserved cuppa.

Please check your bike over in advance, making sure tyres are inflated and brakes are working, bring a spare inner tube if you have one, and always wear a helmet.
