The VBCC Friday Ladies are a group of ladies who's age range from early 30's to 60+ and have two things in common, we enjoy cycling and we enjoy eating cake! We would love to encourage more people to eat cake (sorry that should read cycle) and as such we are running a series of Breeze rides on a Friday in conjunction with the normal club ride.
As the rides will be around 25 miles including hills these rides aren't suitable for complete beginners. However if you can cycle 20+ miles, would love to join the club and go on some of their rides, but afraid to take that step, these rides are ideal for you. The speed will be about 12 mph.

Please remember your helmet, drink, money for the cafe and just as important, in case you have puncture a spare inner tube for your bike.

This ride is slightly different in that as well as signing up for it, can you please also go to the VBCC ladies Facebook page (www.facebook.com/groups/418455028257551) and click on going, adding a comment that you are a Breeze rider, that way you will get all the relevant information for each week's ride including the route and meeting points.
