Due to the numbers coming on this ride I've had to change the meeting place. There are public playing fields with parking at Rickleton about 1/4 mile past Amiro's restaurant (NE38 9AT) heading on new road towards Chester-Le-Street. If you need to contact me 07969 484 211

Easy ride out, takes approx. 2 hours at a steady 11-13mph. There are approx. 3 8-12% climbs. The route will be along the C2C to Pelton, then drop off on road and head over towards Burnhope. Option to stop at the Broom House Farm Café. Heading off towards Durham, then fence houses and back to Washington. Open to slight changes to the route on the day is the whole group is in a agreement. It's advisable to have lights this time of year, and helmets recommended as most of the ride is on roads.
