A circular fairly easy route for women who are looking to build road confidence. Do not come if you have any covid symptoms. Before you come please check your tyres, brakes and chain to ensure everything is in full working order.
Cycle paths, quiet roads on the Cassiobury estate and through Nascot Wood. Ideal for those looking to gain confidence as part of group ride or just wanting to meet some like minded ladies for a fun cycle.
We'll stop for participants to walk around the gardens before heading back to Watford Cycle Hub for refeshments
Helmets please, bring a spare inner tube or two and money for refreshments
