Holywell Community Centre, off A4145 Tolpits Lane, Watford, WD18 9QD

This route goes through a private estate up to the top of Batchworth Hill. It then descends through Harefield to the Colne Valley Trail and above and along the Grand Union Canal. The route heads to Rickmansworth Aquadrome and along a disused railway path back to the starting point.
