Watford Cycle Hub: The Hidden Vineyard Adventure, Faster Pace Av. 12+ mph

At just under 40 miles, with 652 metres of climbing, this is a Challenging Plus Ride (Ride Further), at a relatively Faster Pace averaging 12+ mph over the hilly route. The route will take us out of Watford via Chandler's Cross, Belsize and Flaunden through some of the most lovely local country lanes through to Hemel. Here we will pass through the Old Town, climb Dodds Lane, and have a blast along Gaddesden Row, before descending Red Lion Lane. Frithsden Vineyard is a hidden treasure well worth finding, and we will have our coffee break there before returning back over the Chiltern Hills to Watford Cycle Hub.
