We'll head out along The Ebury Way which follows the route of a disused railway track through trees, passing near gravel lakes, rivers and the sight of the 14th Century Croxley Great Barn. Where The Ebury Way crosses over the Grand Union Canal we'll join the canal towpath for the journey to Rickmansworth before joining the Uxbridge Road for a short distance to The Tea Shack. The return journey will be along quiet roads through Mill End and back along The Ebury Way to Watford Cycle Hub.

• We will not share any equipment so please be organised and bring your own items eg drink, spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump, sun cream and hand sanitiser.
• You should pay particular attention to your bike being in good working order before attending a ride so as to minimise risks and disruption to rides. We will do a bike check before leaving but will check our own bikes.
• Participants must not attend a ride if they have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms and should be isolating

You can contact the leader directly via the ‘Message Ride Creator’ tab in the ride posting on let’s ride unless you have their direct contact details already. “

Unlike our usual circular routes this will be linear there and back by the same mainly quiet route.

Most of the route will be traffic free either on The Ebury Way, canal towpath and cycle paths though we do ride a short section on Springwell Lane and The Uxbridge Road

Our refreshment stop will be at The Tea Shack in Maple Cross
