About the route
Head to Herrington country park then onto Hastings Hill picking up NCR70. Leave route to catch NCR1 to South Hetton then head east passing Seaham Golf course. Stop at Seaham for a drink & chips before rejoining NCR1 to Sunderland then return on NCR7 to Washington.
Not suitable for road bikes.
