Starting at the train station we head east on Sneinton Greenway and on the shared footway along Colwick Loop Road. Turning right on a short section of road to Stoke Bardolph, then following the track along the Trent to Colwick Park. Returning to Sneinton Greenway around the back of the racecourse and returning to the train station. A mixture of tarmac tracks, minor roads and compacted stone/mud tracks.

There will be a halfway stop at the Ferryboat Inn, fingers crossed for the weather!
