A loop of approximately 13 miles taking in undulating countryside as well as a few hills. Starting at Grovehill/WoodhallFarm adventure playground. We are riding out of Hemel toward Redbournbury past Harpenden to West End Barn farm to sample their tea and cake.

We will be riding a mixture of roads, mainly quieter lanes but there are a couple of short sections of busier road, we will stay as a group throughout. There are a couple of hills to have a go at, we will always wait and keep the group together. We will aim to ride at a pace of between 7-10mph but we will ride at the pace of the slowest rider.

This is a beautiful route that takes in some of the best parts of the countryside.

Please bring with your purse if you want to participate in refreshments.

- Helmet
-Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools, even if you don't know how to change an inner tube there are other people in the group to help.
-A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.
