West Lancs Wanderer
This is one of the earliest rides created for the FC's West Lancs Weekday Riders and features some scenic lanes around West Lancashire.
We start from the car park at Dobbies garden centre and then head out towards Scarisbrick and Bescar we touch the edge of Burscough before having a bit of a leg stretch and arriving at Rufford where we will take a break at Fettlers Wharf.
We will then head up into Mawdesley and Bispham Green to Westhead swinging around Ormskirk to Aughton followed by a quick trip over Clieve's Hill and then across the Moss back to the start point at Dobbies Car Park.
We'll ride at a steady pace of 10 - 12 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together.
