Come and join us to explore some stunning countryside. Starting at Jumbles car park off Chapeltown Road we cycle the short distance to Turton Tower where we weave our way along the Witton Weavers trail towards Green Arms road with good views towards Peel Tower. At the community memorial forest, we drop down forest trails towards beautiful Turton and Entwistle reservoir. We take a good track, which brings us onto narrow Edge Lane and the Strawbury Duck country Inn a good place for a rest if required! We head back across the dam wall of the reservoir and climb up Batridge and Green Arms road heading back on the now familiar route to Turton Tower which has a Victorian tearoom, a good place to recover, chat and plan the next ride!
