This ride starts from the usual spot at the beginning of Loxley Road and will out to Damflask Reservoir and then up Blindside Lane and Sugworth Road. When we reach Mortimer Road, we turn left and then right onto the A57 for a short while until we reach Ladybower Reservoir and turn right to head along the Upper Derwent Valley. This quite lane takes along the side of the Ladybower, Derwent and Howden Reservoirs and is a beautiful, scenic route. When we reach King's Tree at the end of the surfaced road, we'll turn around and head back the way we came. As always, we'll ride at a pace and pick a route that everyone is comfortable with and no-one will get left behind!
NOTE: this ride includes a section of A-road that may be busy and have fast moving traffic. Particular care is needed on the uphill section of the A57 on the way home.
