Two options here: meet at Wickes carpark NP20 5GN for a slightly longer ride or cut 6 miles off and start at 14 locks canal centre NP10 9GN.
Just message me if you are meeting at 14 locks so I know to look out for you.
A lovely off road cycle ride along the canal tow path to Cwmcarn scenic drive for a nice coffee stop.
Cycle back to Newport
Look out for Herons, an assortment of ducks, swans and kingfishers
Please bring a bike lock if you have one
