Start from Wickes car park at 9.30am, up on to the canal up to Llantarnam, via 3 blackbirds via Malthouse Lane, come out in Ponthir then Caerleon for a well deserved cuppa, back through Caerleon to Wickes.
This is a little challenging in some parts, but is doable.
Perfect for children as well, just make sure the child/children are accompanied by an adult, and has basic knowledge of riding a bike.

One Road and then all along the cycle track.
We will stop for a cuppa in Caerleon and have a few photos
Helmets are a must. Bring a spare inner tube, also money and a bike lock.
