Starting point

East Sussex
BN1 6SD

This is a MELLOW YELLOW ride aimed at novice riders, 7 - 8mph on a mostly traffic free route.

This is a beginners Breeze ride that introduces riders to cycle paths alongside some busier roads as well as some slight hills.
It would be a great follow on from the Rider Development Coaching session at Preston Park this day (running 10:00 to 11:00 - please book separately), but can also be booked as just the ride if you don't want to do the coaching session beforehand.

The route is mainly on cycle paths alongside the A23 (some segregated, some on the road).

We head to Wayfields Park Farm cafe where we will stop for a cuppa, cake, and chat, then retrace our route back into Brighton.

Bring money or card for the café and a spare inner tube for your bike (easier to change an inner tube than fix a puncture by the side of the road!).

We will ride at the pace of the slowest to make sure no-one gets left behind, and there will be at least one trained ride leader to help with your confidence and safety on the roads and paths.

Please check your bike before heading out - are the tyres fully inflated? Do both brakes work? Is the chain oiled?
