Starting from - S74 9EG Hoyland Leisure Centre is next door to Kirk Balk Acadamy. It has ample parking, toilets and changing facilities.
This is the first in a series of rides intended to improve stamina and ability, gradually increasing in length and severity until we are fit enough to complete most rides. S74 9EG

Starting at Hoyland Leisure Centre the ride takes us down to Elsecar Heritage, joining the canal towpath to Cortonwood. We then turn left on the old railway line through Wombwell, turning left towards Worsbrough and left towards Blacker Hill before heading up the hill back to the Leisure Centre. This is the first in a series of rides intended to improve stamina and ability, gradually increasing in length and severity until we are fit enough to complete most rides.
