Heading straight through Daventry to Staverton and then on country lanes down to Woodford via Helidon and Byfield. Back via Preston Capes, Everdon and Dodford. Pace will be 12-13mph with some hills to tackle, mostly on the return. Contact: Geoff 07721 556904

Initially on busier roads through Daventry, but then on quiet roads for the rest of the ride. Suited to road bikes or hybrids

Cafe stop about half way round
