Woodford Valley Breeze and possibly Beyond

Cycle from the Leisure Centre down the Cycle path to Stratford Sub Castle and out into the Woodford Valley, cycling down one side of the river and back on the other. We'll see if we ca spot Sting or Trudi at their house or at least see the Church at wilsford-cum-Lake where they married! If willing the ride may continue to Amesbury, returning via Durnford. On the return we may stop at Heale House where a very nice coffee is served.
