This Safety First Cycling Group ride is open for anyone to join

Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

A mix of quiet lanes with some traffic free and canal towpaths. Taking us north through Burnham Beeches then across Farnham and Stoke Commons before a short descent and climb to reach Fulmer Common then Black Park. Passing the Pinewood film studios and crossing the main road to skirt Iver Heath then up and over the heath and joining the Grand Union canal on the outskirts of Uxbridge where we will stop for refreshments. Following the canal towards Cowley where we go round little britain lake before picking up the Slough arm of the canal and following it back to sluff. Using quiet side roads we reach the Ind Est using the cycle paths we return to our start point. We will go at a pace that will suit all abilities this includes stopping to regroup where and when necessary.

A nice social ride through Burnham Beeches then across to the Grand Union canal on the outskirts of Uxbridge for a refreshment stop then returning down the canal round "little Britain" and then the Slough arm home
