Riders to meet in the back of the car park of The Retreat pub in Norton, where, after the ride, there will be an opportunity for a drink. Please make sure you bring a water bottle, suitable clothing, inner tube and pump.

This fitness ride consists of a short loop of about 3 miles of quiet country roads. The loop goes anti-clockwise so all outrunning are left. The loop is then repeated, giving riders an opportunity to gain confidence and increase their speed.There are enough places for two groups (one a little faster than the other) .

Arrive in time to leave promptly at 6.30pm
