Hook to Westfield Lane. Over Boothferry bridge to Howden. From Howden onto B1228 over level crossing. Left for Brind. Through Brind to Wressle then a loop around back to Brind and Howden level crossing.
A stop off at the icecream parlour would be a welcome reward. Rude not to really.

Helmets required to be worn, drink , snack ,cash and a spare inner tube or your bike.
