Zigzags in the lanes

A few hilly loops in the country lanes between Pontprennau and Newport.

Everyone welcome, lovely views and mostly gentle hills (following this route in the easier direction to go down the steepest hills rather than up them). We will always regroup so no-one gets left behind.

Meeting at the roundabout next to Pontprennau medical centre / Pontprennau community centre, where there is limited parking in the nearby residential areas.

Remember to bring a drink and a snack in case you feel hungry. There is no coffee stop planned on this ride.

Please check your bike over in advance, making sure tyres are inflated and brakes are working, bring a spare inner tube if you have one, and always wear a helmet.
