Harrow to Liverpool Street commute

This is a morning and evening, home to work, commute group from South Harrow, over Harrow on the Hill, down the Harrow Road into Paddington then through central London to Liverpool Street station and back. I'm aiming for two to three times a week, depending on the weather, and it would be nice to cycle in and back with a group who do this route as well I usually maintain 22Km/hr making the journey each way about 1hr 15m.
