About the group
A social group, open to all. As long as you can stay upright on a bike, you've found the right group :)
Under 16's need to be accompanied by an adult.
We always ride to the speed of the slowest rider.
A route will be planned to cater to all riders.
We try to stick to canal towpaths and cycle tracks, as we live around 300m from the Erewash Canal!
We prefer to stay off tarmac as much as possible.
The usual average speed is around 7mph.
On Wednesdays we aim for around 15 miles and on Saturdays we aim for around 25 miles.
Both rides start at 10am from Sandiacre Library.
The brief for all rides: A social, friendly ride out to a cafe :)
