14 mile Windhover - Pitsford Reservoir - BVW loop

Thought I would try organising a slightly shorter more 'traffic free' ride going on a Sunday afternoon, for those folk who may have been a bit wary of doing a 20+ ride :-) This is a nice gentle ride, with a few little hills (well wouldnt be the same if we didnt get a little out of breath) , taking in the sights of Boughton , Pitsford, Pitsford Reservoir (aka Brixworth Country Park) , Brixworth and part of the Brampton Valley way. Planning to stop at the reservoir cafe for a coffee, or maybe just a drink at the end at The Windhover (or both). As a lot of this ride is on the the gravel/rough tracks around the reservoir and BVW, it is not suitable for thin/slick racing bike tyres Im afraid. Hybrids with suitable tyres and mountains bikes are fine :-)
