A mix of off road routes, some cycle paths and quiet roads. There is a small section on the cycle path at the busier Braunstone Lane, and a small section of non-technical gravel in Aylestone Meadows.

We will grab a coffee together after the ride at Jenno's in Everards Meadows.

Helmets are advisable. Bring a spare tube for your bike and some water if the weather looks warm.
