2 WhiteHorses, a Smithy & Four Castles

A mix of quiet lanes cycleways out of the town then the Ridgeway from the white horse (Broad Hinton) past Barbury Castle on to Waylen Smithy then the Uffington white horse under the A34 and onwards to Streatley back on roads through to goring to Rly Stn

This is a rather long ride from point to point rather than in a circle. Although the route starts from Swindon rail Stn we will be coming from Slough! The route leaves Swindon going SW to eventually join the Ridgeway by the white horse outside Broad Hinton then following the ridgeway all the way back to Goring (train back to Swindon) for those joining at Swindon

Quiet lanes and cycle routes then off road (the Ridgeway)

We will be stopping to "admire the views" at the top of all hills and anywhere else we feel like it but will visit the Bell at Aldeworth (historic village pub)

Puncture repair kit/spare tube drinks snacks as needed money to buy me drinks

We never leave anyone behind
