Starting from - We have a series of learn to ride sessions running during the summer. Please feel free to sign up for up to three sessions. If you cannot attend a session please cancel your booking as soon as possible so that someone else can take your space.

TIPS
Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear such as plimsoles, flat shoes or trainers. Wear warm clothing in cold weather and bring a pair of gloves. A few layers is best, as you can take them off when you get quite warm. Baggy trousers can be tucked into long socks, or we can provide you with bands to keep trousers out of bicycle moving parts. A waterproof jacket if you have one for rainy days. LE5 5FT
Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

These sessions are perfect if you have never ridden a bike and want to learn how to ride or if you can already ride a bike and would like to brush up on your skills. We will teach you how to ride more confidently.
All of these sessions are off road. They take place at the tennis courts at Crown Hill's Community College. There is parking on site and we advise that when you arrive at the facilities that you ask reception for directions.
Each session 50 minutes long. We advise that all participants bring drinks and some snacks with them for the session. You are welcome to take a break during the session should you wish
We will provide you with a helmet, bicycle and hi-viz vest for the session. If you have your own bicycle we encourage you to bring it along for the session.
