York Breeze to Aroma

This is a leisurely ride, to the delightful Aroma cafe in Haxby.  Meet at Cycle street, our local Breeze registered friendly bike shop that is handy for the orbital cycle path around York. We'll start on the cycle path, head up through New Earswick and under the subway (to avoid the A1237 Ring Road) toward Haxby and head out a little on the country roads North of Haxby. After enjoying a coffee stop at the fair-trade cafe Aroma, in the centre of Haxby we'll head back to our start point. Newcomers to Breeze rides are very welcome. We’ll always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack.  Dress appropriately for the weather and please bring some money for the cafe stop! Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  So come along for a bit of fresh air and to enjoy riding your bike in a group of like-minded women.
