About the route
Starting point
Peace Statue (the angel) on the seafront, Kingsway, Brighton, Hove, BN3 2WN Opposite the Embassy Court building and in front of The Meeting Place Cafe, BN3 2WN
A steady paced ride from Brighton to Littlehampton, Following the NCR2 along the coast, through Shoreham, Lancing, Worthing & Rustington.
Finishing with ice creams at Harbour Park.
After Shoreham, There will be several stretches of this ride that will be along main roads, and therefore can be quite busy, so the ride is only suitable for people who are confident riding in traffic.
Although this route is flat, there can be a strong headwind.
Return to Brighton.... either by train or cycle back.
The forecast is for warm & sunny, so make sure you bring plenty of fluids for the journey & don't forget your suncsreen ;)
