Weston super Mare, seaside supermarket sweep

 We’ll meet in the supermarket car park, by the bike-racks, near the front of the store. Madi & Emma – we’re friendly and local and here to help more of us North Somerset women to get into bike riding. This ride from Waitrose to Morrisons is an out & back ride along the cycle paths.  Mainly flat and picturesque.  This ride is for BEGINNERS. This is a gentle ride on a mostly flat, traffic free, quiet  route. The total length of the ride is around 5 miles. It’s perfect for beginners who want to do a short ride with other women. We welcome newcomers to our rides.   It’s a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack if you think your energy levels may need topping up along the way.  Wearing a helmet is advisable, though not essential. Please bring some money if you want to stop for refreshments at Waitrose cafe afterwards. After a brief introduction, bike check and warm up, we will head off out of the car park directly onto the cycle path.  We will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.  Look forward to seeing you there!  Toilet facilities and cafe available at the supermarket when you arrive and when we finish the ride.
