We will be cycling through some of the greener areas, on cycle paths/lanes and on quieter roads of Southampton, this is a circular route. We will cycle on a few roads, but we all stay together. We stop for coffee on the way but please have a drink and a snack with you if think you might need one.

This is one of a series of rides that may become longer or shorter dependent on the time of year, weather conditions and any closures for special events etc. The route may vary.

Please cancel your place asap if you are unwell or can't attend as places are often limited. We will message out about 4.30 pm on the day to say if the ride is running that day after consulting the weather forecast for that evening, so please check out your emails at this time or at least before you leave to join the ride.

Check your contact details, particularly your mobile number, just in case we need to change details before the ride takes place. We look forward to seeing you there: please message us if you need more information.
