This is an adapted electric-assist cycle ride where trikes are provided.
Riders start at the adapted E-cycle Hub, Coypool Park and Ride before joining the traffic-free Plym Valley Cycle trail (National Cycle Network, Route 27) which follows the route of an old Great Western Railway track. Riders will ride about 5 miles along the cycle path, passing through the scenic Plym Bridge Woods and across a breathtaking viaduct before making a U-turn and riding 5 miles back. the route in reverse
