Tysoe/Whatcote Loop Village Meander

This ride takes heads out to Upper Tysoe and forms a loop through Whatcote and back to Tysoe (approx. 7 miles) All roads we will use are fairly small country lanes, but saying that, traffic can be fast on some, so we will have to ride single line in several places along the route. Sadly there are some small hills (I hear you groan!!), as that is the price we pay for living so close to the Cotswolds.  All hills are ride able at a steady pace. Hopefully the weather will be fine but please bring a waterproof jacket just in case!  Wearing is helmet is advisable; if you don't have one please don't worry you can still join us. If you enjoy the ride and want to come again, perhaps you could look to buy one then. This ride is aimed at riders who can or are happy riding 7+ miles at a steady pace of 8- 10mph.  Hybrid or mountain Bikes are best suited for this ride. The ride will take approx. 60 mins, but we will never leave anyone behind and we can stop for a rest when necessary (especially at the top of those hills!).  We should be back in Tysoe for around 10.15 - 10.30 I look forward to meeting some new faces.  Please feel free to email me at [email protected]f you want to discuss any details or want to know more.   PS Don’t forget….
