Come & join me in combining  two of my passions - cycling & eating! A 26 mile route via the Strode Arms at Cranmore where we will stop for a light lunch. It’s a steady paced ride perfect for anyone who thinks that they can manage the distance. More suited for larger wheeled road & hybrid bikes. We will ride at the pace of the slowest rider so none will be left behind, faster riders need to be prepared to moderate their pace to keep the group together. The route is mainly on quiet country lanes from Frome, through Nunney, Trudoxhill, Witham Friary, Upton Noble to Cranmore. We will be returning through Downhead & Mells. The route has a few undulatons but no major climbs! If the distance is daunting then choose to be picked up at the pub after lunch & just join us for the first 16 miles. Partners welcome to join us for lunch. Please bring a small lock & some money for lunch & a waterproof just in case. Wearing a helmet is advisable but not compulsory. Please ensure that your bike is in good working order & that you have a spare inner tube & pump. For more information on this & other rides taking place in the Frome Area please see Facebook page: Breeze network East Somerset
