This will be the first in a series of fun and sociable bike rides for women of all abilities.  We encourage you to dust off your bike, pump up the tyres and come and join us. All abilities welcome, nobody will be dropped as we will ride at the pace of the slowest person. The route follows a flat traffic free cycle path through beautiful countryside along the route of the old railway line. There will be a refreshment stop and plenty of opportunity to chat!  Please bring some money for teas and cakes. We aim to return by 12.30.
