Evening Training ride

This is 14 mile ride at a steady pace with a few little hills gradually increasing in distance as the evenings get lighter please bring some lights incase we get any delays on route. Don't forget suitable clothing, drinks and snacks, spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump (and any medication you may require).
