Starting from - Meet me on the Grand Union Canal towpath beneath the footbridge between Waitrose, Berkhamsted HP4 1HS and Canal Fields playground. See the beautiful autumn colours reflected in the water as we Breeze along to Apsley Marina for coffee. If arriving by train, use Berkhamsted station, turn right onto Station Road then right into Broadwater & follow the road with the canal on your left until you reach the footbridge. If arriving by car, The car park in Canal Fields is free but there is no postcode. The postcode directs you to Waitrose, HP4 1HS

A gentle 5 mile ride down the Grand Union Canal Towpath from Berkhamsted. Meet at the canal footbridge behind Waitrose in Berkhamsted, HP4 1HS at 9.45am ready to set off at 10am. We will stop at Woody's Café in Apsley Marina before returning to Berkhamsted. The towpath is a bumpy in places - off road tyres recommended.
