Starting from gates at Creasey park, we will head along the Sewell greenway (old railway track) to Knolls View field at Totternhoe where Debbie Wilkins is offering some outdoor sunset Yoga for 45 mins if you would like to try this it is £7 (more details on her Circle-life webpage circle-yoga.co.uk). We will then head back up the Sewell greenway cutting together back to Creasey park gates.

Debs is offering a Sunset Yoga class on Wednesday 11 August 6.30pm at Knolls View, Totternhoe LU6 2BT. (junction of Stanbridge Road and Castle Hill Road). Weather permitting!! Her Sunset Yoga classes are very accessible if you haven’t tried yoga before and are also a change to the usual poses if you are a more seasoned yogi. You can find more details on her webpage Circle Life (circle-yoga.co.uk) Her yoga class will cost £7 if you would like to try it. If you are spending lots of time on your bike, making the most of the sunny weather, you may need to stretch out the back body and loosen off the shoulders. You may find that you need to move your hips as they have been stuck in one position for ages, or develop your core, or to ease off painful wrists. If this sounds like you then you might find a few sessions of Sunset Yoga will help to sort you out. The sessions are run by cycling mad Debbie who has been combining yoga and cycling for many years. Debbie has taken additional training in Subtle Yoga which moves the body into a state of relaxation, in this state the body can get on with all the rest and digest work that it needs to do. Debbie brings some new ideas to yoga. The classes are happy and chilled, uplifting and can make you feel lighter.
