Starting from Halewood Environment Centre off Okell Drive, making our way on the traffic free Liverpool Loop Line (National Cycle Network 62) Route 62 is a perfect ride for those wanting a traffic free environment and tranquil scenery. We ride this route for nearly 8 miles before coming off at West Derby making our way towards the 500 acre nature reserve of Croxteth Park. Riding on cycle paths we will tour the park where will see the resident cows and horses, before circulating the 400 year old Croxteth Hall. We will head back along the loop line and then visit Court Hey Park Café for tea & cake, before returning on route 62 all the way back to our origin point at Halewood.
